Queue, review inbox, and decisions

The primary experience is asynchronous supervision. Workstreams expose queued, running, suspended, blocked, failed, review-ready, proposed, and completed states. Grouping by repository/issue shows owner, candidate, checks, policy block, evidence gaps, budget, cost, and next decision. Notifications request a specific decision; teammate handoff records responsibility.

Controls include pause, checkpoint, fork, cancel, capability request, handoff, selection, and proposal. GitHub remains the code-review surface; the Capsule view explains execution and authority evidence.

Optional terminal intervention

Native Claude/Codex terminal attachment is optional. Operator identity, keystroke boundaries, input leases, and autonomy status are recorded as human intervention. Normal successful work should not require terminal takeover.

Example: a reviewer resolves an exact blocked operation from the inbox rather than taking over the agent's terminal to finish every task.
